HOW IT WORKS

Three Simple Steps

Tell Us About Your Venue

Fill out a short intake form to get the ball rolling. Then someone from our team will personally reach out to learn more about your venue, your style, and the experience you want to create for your couples. We want to make sure we get the planner just right for your venue.

We Create & You Approve

We design your planner, contact and populate the vendor directory, and send you a digital proof of your venue's pages. Review it, request any changes, and give us the final sign-off.

Planners Arrive at Your Door

Once approved, we print and ship your planners directly to your venue, sized to your booking volume.

 

The one commitment we ask: a planner goes to every couple at booking, no exceptions. It's what makes the program work for everyone — your couples get a plan, your vendors get in front of the right people, and you get all the credit.

One thing to know: we launch each planner once at least 15 local vendors have committed to the directory. This ensures your couples receive a full, curated guide — and that the planner is completely free to you. In most markets, that threshold should be easily met.

Is it really free? What's the catch?

No catch. The planner is funded entirely by local vendors who pay for directory placement. You never pay, and you never need to find those vendors yourself — we handle that too.

What do you ask of venues in return?

Just one. A planner goes to every couple at booking — that's the commitment we ask of every venue in the program. It's what your vendors are investing in and what your couples are counting on. Everything else — the design, the printing, the vendor outreach, the delivery — is on us.

How does the vendor directory get filled?

We reach out to local vendors in your area and invite them to participate. Once at least 15 vendors have committed to the directory, your planner goes to print. This ensures every couple receives a full, useful guide — and that the program remains free to you and your couples.

What if I already have preferred vendors?

Even better. We'll reach out to them directly on your behalf. Preferred vendors receive priority placement and a star designation inside your planner, so your couples always know who you recommend most.

Do I have any say in the vendor listings?

Of course. You have full approval over vendor categories, and we'll never include a competitor venue or anyone you're not comfortable with. It's your planner, and we treat it that way.

How often are planners reprinted?

Planners are provided annually at the start of each calendar year, based on the number of weddings you expect to book. Just give us your estimate and we'll make sure you're stocked. If you run out before the year is up, reach out and we'll work something out. Each new year brings a fresh planner — updated vendors, refreshed design, and any changes to your venue info.

What size venues do you work with?

All sizes — from intimate venues with 20 bookings per year to large estates with 150+. Our model is designed to scale with your booking volume, so whether you host 25 weddings a year or 200, we can make it work.
