FOR WEDDING VENDORS

The moment a couple books their venue,
your name is already in their planner.

Reach Local Couples

at the Moment They're

Ready to Book

WHY VENUE & VOW?

Not an ad.

An introduction.

Most wedding platforms require couples to search for you. Venue & Vow puts you in front of them first — inside a physical planner they'll keep and return to throughout their entire planning journey.

HOW IT WORKS

Inside Every Planner

Your Business

Each planner reaches a couple planning their wedding in your market — not an algorithm's best guess, but someone genuinely local, genuinely ready.

01

Venue Books A Couple

The venue gifts their couple with a custom Venue & Vow planner — a tangible, keepsake-quality planning guide branded to that venue.

The planner is given at booking — the moment couples transition from browsing to actively building their vendor team.

02

Couple Uses the Custom Planner

Your listing is inside — featuring your name, specialty &  brief profile, contact info, and a QR code to your website. You're recommended from day one.

Your presence in the planner signals venue alignment — a trust signal couples notice before they've even spoken to you.

03

Couple Reaches Out

No algorithm to beat. No ad spend to manage. Just a warm introduction to a couple who's actively planning their wedding.

There are no per-click costs, no variable pricing, no bidding. You know exactly what you're spending and what you're getting.

PLACEMENT PRICING

Most Couples Walk Out of a Venue Tour With One Thing: Excitement — and No Idea What Comes Next.

One Annual Fee.

Priced by Venue Size.

Most wedding advertising casts a wide net — charging you per click, per lead, or per listing, and hoping the right person finds you. Venue & Vow is different. One flat annual fee places you directly in front of local couples the moment they book their venue — not somewhere on the internet, but inside a planner in their hands.

Your Listing, Year by Year

Your placement covers one full calendar year. Before the year ends, we'll reach out personally to discuss renewal — pricing may adjust as Venue & Vow grows, but there is no contract, and we'll always give you plenty of notice.

Limited Spots Per Category

We cap the number of vendors in each category per planner — typically six or fewer. Once a category fills, it closes. This keeps your listing meaningful, not lost in a crowd.

01

How Pricing Works

As a vendor, your annual fee is determined by the wedding volume of the venue you're listed in. More weddings at that venue means more couples encountering your name — and the fee reflects that exposure.

Booking

Because each Venue & Vow planner is created in partnership with a specific venue, all vendor placements are subject to approval by Venue & Vow or the participating venue.

We may decline a vendor listing based on category availability, venue preference, quality of work, professionalism, prior venue experience, or overall suitability for the planner.

Submitting interest does not guarantee placement. Approved vendors will be contacted with next steps before payment is requested.

If we’ve already connected, go ahead and list the venue(s) you’re applying for. If not, just tell me the location/area you’d like to be featured in!

Tell us a little about your business and which venue you're interested in. We'll confirm availability and be in touch within one business day.

COMMON QUESTIONS

We Thought You'd Ask

How many vendors are listed per category?

We limit placements to maintain exclusivity and value. Most categories include six or fewer vendors per planner, so your listing carries real weight.

Can I be listed at multiple venues?

Yes — each venue is a separate placement with its own annual fee. Many vendors find it worthwhile to be featured across multiple venues in their area.

What does my listing actually look like?

Every listing shares the same clean, consistent format — your business name, category, a brief description, contact information, and a QR code that leads directly to your site. Right beside your listing, couples have space to jot notes as they plan. No listing is bigger or bolder than another.

Before anything goes to print, you'll receive a proof of your listing for review and approval.

What happens after I submit this form?

We’ll review your submission, check availability in your category, and make sure it’s a good fit for the selected venue planner. If approved, we’ll send over the invoice, collect your listing details, and prepare your proof (which will require your approval before printing). All placements are subject to approval by Venue & Vow and/or the participating venue.

How does renewal work?

Before the end of each calendar year, we'll reach out personally to discuss renewal. There's no auto-charge — it's always your choice. Pricing may adjust as Venue & Vow grows, and we'll always give you plenty of notice.
